SHIPPING AND RETURN
Shipping by Post
Shipments are made through Post.
Shipping is conventional (standard) to the entire Netherlands.
Boxes are posted on Wednesday.
Orders placed and paied on Tuesday until 23:59 will be posted on Wednesday. If Wednesday is a holiday, the box will be posted on the next business day.
The customer is the only responsible to inform the correct full address. To resend the box in case of wrong address or no answer to the doorbell, another fee delivery has to be paid.
Orders are not posted on holidays and weekends.
Shipping by Peddler.com (same day delivery)
The same day delivery is available from Tuesday to Friday through the website peddler.com.
You can choose the delivery time available on Peddler.
The same day delivery is available only in Amsterdam (check if your zip code is served). You can choose which day to receive your order (weekdays only). Peddler is the only responsable for the delivery.
All products on the plataform "peddler.com" can be delivered in Amsterdam.
Make sure you or someelse will be at home to receive the box with your order.
If you are not at home and the box returns, a new delivery fee has to be paid and you have to pay for the return fee.
Online orders made on Saturdays and Sundays will be delivered in the next weekday (Tuesday to Friday).
Little Brazil reserves the right to refund for products that are not in stock due to a system error or update failure.
Refund
The product can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. After that, no return or refund is possible.
In order to return the product, the item must not have been used, it must be in the same condition as you received it and it must be in the original packaging.
The product to be returned must be sent to Raamsteeg 6, 1012VZ, Amsterdam / NL, on behalf of Little Brazil.
We are not responsible for the shipping or shipping costs related to the return of the goods. The shipping cost (return of the goods) will not be refunded.
Perishable goods, such as frozen food, cannot be returned. Products can be returned: handbags, sarongs, slippers.
Promotion items cannot be returned or refunded.
